November 14: Mental Health Forum: Managing Stress & Anxiety
What do you do when it all becomes too much? Radiant will be hosting a Mental Health Forum on Managing Stress and Anxiety on Tuesday, November 14th, from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
The goal of the forum is to address two questions:
1) What can Christians do when we struggle with mental health issues?
2) What can we, as non-professionals, do to help others?
The forum will feature the recorded stories of women who live with stress and anxiety and their advice. It will also feature a live panel of practitioners, who will talk about best practices and respond to questions in a moderated format. This event is offered ON CAMPUS ONLY but will be recorded and posted at a later time for viewing. It is available at no charge to you but does require registration. Register here.
