Heritage Christian University is excited to announce the promotion of Tricia Bretherick to the position of University Controller. This change went into effect on May 17.
Tricia has worked at HCU for fourteen years and in the role of Business Office Manager for the last seven years. Tricia and her husband, Perry, are the HCU dorm parents, and she serves on
the University Advisory Council. Tricia and her family worship at Salem Church of Christ, where she enjoys teaching Bible classes.
Because of her previous position as Business Office Manager, Tricia is familiar with the financial and business aspects of HCU. She is committed to our mission and our students. Pat Moon has
trained her for some time and will continue to transfer responsibilities to her throughout his tenure. Tricia participated on the budget committee this spring, made the budget presentation to the Board at the last meeting, and will do so at future board meetings. Tricia will be the official financial representative to ABHE and ATS and will participate in financial leadership training with ABHE this fall.
Tricia has demonstrated exceptional capabilities in embracing her new role, leaving us enthusiastic about the positive impact she will have on HCU going forward. Please help us congratulate Tricia on her promotion!
