The Legacy Scholarship is for the full-time degree-seeking on campus undergraduate student. The scholarship is awarded to members in good standing of the churches of Christ and covers the full cost of tuition. Recipients are encouraged to file the FAFSA® to determine Pell Grant eligibility. The Pell Grant award can be used to pay for other expenses such as dorms and fees. Pell Grant eligible students must also maintain Title IV Satisfactory Academic Progress. Additional requirements include maintaining a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or higher, taking at least one 3 credit hour biblical/theology class each semester, and completing at least 15 hours of HCU service components.
