Our Vision
The vision of Heritage Christian University is to help fulfill the scripture found in Habakkuk 2:14 and Isaiah 11:9. “The earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.”
How are we helping to fulfill that scripture?
To have one preacher for every 10,000 people in the world today, we would need over 500,000 additional preachers right now. The need for faithful, dedicated ministers has never been greater. Heritage Christian University exists to help meet that need.
At HCU, our only purpose is to recruit, educate, and encourage effective communicators of the gospel. We provide a premium education for mature, motivated, disciplined individuals who are committed to developing their God-given talents and opportunities to advance the cause of Christ. Our instructors implement practical ministry into every subject they teach, empowering our students to apply their knowledge in real-life settings. HCU takes seriously the command of Christ to “go into all the world.”
