Pat Moon – V. P. of Operations/Controller is responsible for directing the accounting function for Heritage Christian University and related entities. Duties include financial statement preparation and reporting to the President of Heritage Christian University, board of directors, benefactors, individual departments and governmental agencies. The controller is to supervise the university’s business office, computer service operation and the annual budget process. Other duties include oversight of the physical plant and maintenance at Heritage Christian University.
He graduated from the University of North Alabama in 1977 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a bachelor’s degree in management. For the past 25 years Pat has worked with local businesses in the Shoals area as an accountant or controller.
Pat is married to Janet Stewart from Huntsville, AL. Pat and Janet are members of Highland Park Church of Christ in Muscle Shoals, AL. They have four children, two daughters-in-law and five wonderful grandchildren.
