Administrative Assistant/Admissions Counselor
The Heritage Christian University Office of Enrollment Services has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant/Admissions Counselor. This is an entry-level position.
The administrative assistant will provide basic administrative support to the Director of Enrollment Services and the Enrollment Services office, including copying and filing documents and university brochures. The administrative assistant will also be trained in the area of admissions counseling and student recruitment.
- Strong oral and written skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Flexibility to travel
*Overnight stays for workshops and public speaking in churches will be involved.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
