Your Privacy and Heritage Christian University
We consider your privacy a trust and will never knowingly violate
it. We carefully consider the types of data you may share with
us and have devised methods for keeping it private.
Data from visiting our Web site
By virtue of visiting our Web site, you have left a "digital
foot print," which includes your Internet Protocol address,
the time of your visit, the pages you view and some other information.
(It does not include your identity.)
Because of the nature of the Web, that information remains
on our servers and we do use it to track site activity. But
we only use the aggregate numbers in our reporting.
Data you provide to us
If you are an Heritage Christian University applicant, student,
graduate, or if you have written to ask us for more information,
you have provided us with information about your identity. We
will use that information for our own purposes only. Those purposes
may include marketing, student contact, keeping in contact with
alumni, and others.
We promise that we will never knowingly share that information
with a third party unless legally obligated to do so by court
order, or other court-mandated activity.
Database data
If you are an Heritage student or graduate, we of course keep
a significant amount of information about you, including transcript
data, grade report data, dates of attendance, financial information,
and personal information. We promise that we will never knowingly
share that information with a third party unless legally obligated
to do so by court order, or other court-mandated activity.
