Heritage Christian University is an institution of higher learning which provides a biblically based education with a global view that promotes spiritual growth and prepares proficient communicators of the gospel.

Affirmations on which the mission is based. Heritage Christian University affirms the existence of God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Heritage Christian University believes that the Bible is the inspired, holy, and revealed Word of God and that through the Bible people can come to a saving knowledge of God and his Son Jesus Christ. The college affirms that through faithful obedience to the commands of Jesus Christ, one can be added to his spiritual body, which is the church. The college believes that this church is charged with the mission of evangelizing the world.
