YOU MAY NOT REGISTER BY INTERNET IF YOU:

  • are on academic hold for admission and/or academic purposes. Holds must be removed before a student is allowed to register.
  • are changing your program (e.g., from undergraduate Distance Learning to undergraduate Campus or undergraduate Campus to undergraduate Distance Learning). You must contact the registrar of the program to which you are transferring.
  • are an undergraduate Distance Learner registering for a class which meets residency requirements.
  • last attended Heritage Christian University as a transient student from another institution.
  • are in debt to the university.

ELIGIBILITY FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

Welcome to Heritage Christian University and Web Registration. Please read the following instructions carefully.

To register for the coming semester, you must have attended Heritage Christian University at least one semester, and NOT have attended another institution since Heritage Christian University. Former Undergraduate Campus Students not enrolled in the preceding twelve months must reapply for admission. Former Undergraduate Distance Learning Students not enrolled in the preceding sixteen months must reapply for admission.

To qualify for admission, phone Heritage Christian University at 256-766-6610, ext 223 or 1-800-367-3565, ext. 223.

You must have all relevant financial aid information on file in the Financial Aid Office including (if applicable): Student Aid Report, Application for Financial Aid, Application for Scholarship, Veterans Administration information, and Loan Application.

ELIGIBILITY FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS
Graduate students must have applied for admission, been accepted, and have a degree plan signed by the Director of Graduate Studies in their student record. (Note: Conditional acceptance may be granted only if the student has not yet received an undergraduate degree. See catalog for details.)
