4nd Honors’ Evening
June 2, 2009, 7:00 p.m.

The three Friends of the Overton Memorial Library Honors Evening have been outstanding successes.  More than 1,000 books have been given in memory or honor of over 100 individuals.  Many good people were greatly encouraged. 

The first Tuesday evening of June has been set as the permanent date of our annual honors evening. For 2009, the date is June 2.  We would love to have you on campus for this event and if you would like to participate in the 2009 Honors Evening, we suggest the following process: 

1. If you wish, choose one of the following categories:

Commentary
Language Aid   
Biblical Studies
Ministry
Counseling
Preaching
History, Or name another of your choice.                     

2. Choose a price range for your donation 

3. Email this information to Jamie Cox at jcox@hcu.edu along with your name and address. Please include the following:

*The name of the honoree.
*The names and addresses to which you want us to send notification.
*The way you intend to pay if online or by check.
      

If you wish to pay by check, checks should be made to Friends of the Overton Memorial Library. All of this information may be mailed to:

For books to be received in the library for the June 2 evening, please return the information to Jamie Cox NO LATER THAN MAY 11, 2009.

If you wish to select and purchase books on your own, we will welcome those gifts as well.  We will send appropriate acknowledgement to the honoree if you will kindly provide us with the necessary information. We hope to see you June 2nd.
