Heritage Highlights
April 16, 2008

2008 Spring Campaign Report
This year we were blessed with 30 workers to participate in our Spring campaigns. Throughout the week, workers knocked doors, taught, and set up studies with people all over the Southeast and the world. Campaigners were able to make 1196 contacts, preach 22 sermons, restore 8 souls to Christ, and see 4 new members added to the Lord’s body.

Tusculum and Ripley Dinners
The first week in April gave the Advancement Office a wonderful opportunity to visit with friends in Tennessee and Mississippi. On April 1, the Tusculum church of Christ in Nashville, TN hosted it’s first Partnership Dinner. Around 50 people were in attendance and were able to hear of the great things HCU is doing. On April 3, the Ripley church of Christ in Ripley, MS hosted over 100 people for its Partnership Dinner. Thanks to these two great congregations and to those who were there to support the work of Heritage Christian.

Second Annual Heritage Associates Golf Tournament
A four lady golf scramble will be held on Friday, May 2. Entry fee is $250 per team. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. with a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m. Registration is open to the first 25 teams. For more information contact Debbie May at 256-766-3529.
