Dr. Rosemary Snodgrass

Dr. Snodgrass holds a Ed.D. and a M.A. in Counselor Education from the University of Alabama, and serves as HCU’s Dean of Women. She is the Director of the Alpha Counseling Center; a Licensed Professional Counselor; and a National Certified Counselor.
