Travis Harmon has a B.A. in Biblical Studies from Heritage Christian University (1998) and is nearing the completion of his M.A. in Ministry from HCU. He began his work with HCU in the summer of 2003, and assumed the role of Director of Distance Learning on January 1, 2009.

Aläna Marks has worked in Christian education for 12 years, the past eight of those at HCU. Before being appointed the Assistant Director of Distance Learning, she served as Assistant to the President. Aläna and her husband, Mark, have two children, Alyssa Clark of Henderson, Tennessee and Chandler, a student at FHU. They attend Mars Hill church of Christ where Mark is a deacon and serves as the song leader/youth minister.
