Scholarship Information
TUITION AND FINANCIAL AID
HCU is committed to providing a high quality education at an affordable price. We understand that this can be an overwhelming experience, and our Associate Director of Financial Aid is available to answer any questions.
Following are the estimated expenses for the 2013-2014 academic year:

Fees ($25/credit hr; max. $225) $225.00
Textbooks and supplies $500
TOTAL $2606.00
*At this time we do not offer federal aid for this program.
Optional Room and Board (Estimated) $2713.00
One time dorm deposit $300.00 ($150 refundable).
GRADUATE ADMISSION FORMS AND INFORMATION DOCUMENTS
Applicants must print Transcript Request Forms to request official transcripts from the colleges/universities they have attended. All applicants are required to have three positive Letters of Recommendation forms submitted by references who have known them for at least five years. References may not be related to the applicant.
Completed Letter of Recommendation forms are confidential and must be mailed by your reference directly to:

It is recommended that all applicants complete the Scholarship Application form in order to be considered for possible institutional scholarships. The HCU Scholarship Committee meets in early July for fall semester scholarship awarding and early December for spring semester scholarship awarding.
• Transcript Request Form - Complete and mail this form to all colleges and universities that you have attended.
• Graduate Letter of Recommendation form - Print three forms, one for each of your three required references. Forms should be mailed by your reference to the HCU address above.
• Scholarship Information - Complete and fax to the Office of Financial Aid at 256-716-8021.
• Online Options Brochure - Informative brochure about HCU's online learning opportunities.
•36-Hour MM and MA Programs - Master of Arts and Master of Ministry information.
•75-Hour MDiv Program - MDiv information.
